• Full coverage insurance. In the event of an accident, the client will pay the 15% deductible of the total cost of damages.
• Delivery with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank, premium gasoline only.

Pet Policy

Omega Tours accepts pets in our car rentals with no up-front fee and with no advanced notice needed.
Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.

Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier, but still are responsible for returning the vehicle in the above mentioned conditions.

To be respectful of future renters, please keep in mind there may be a cleaning fee assessed at the end of the rental if the rental vehicle is not returned in clean condition. That means excessive pet hair, interior/exterior damage or soiling could result in a $50usd-$250usd cleaning charge depending on the severity and additional time needed to clean the vehicle.

No Smoking Policy

Omega Tours has a strict no smoking policy. If evidence of smoking is present in the vehicle, customers will incur a Smoke Cleaning Fee of $400 USD and may be placed on our Do Not Rent List.

De-smoking requires the vehicle to be taken out of service for up to 24 hours, therefore a Smoke Cleaning Fee of $400 USD will apply when evidence of smoking is present.
