Rental & Cancellation Policy

1. Our fixed prices are per vehicle, not per person.
2. All our services are private; the assigned vehicle(s) will never be shared with another person or group of people.
3. If the cancellation is not made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the service date and time, the full amount of the service will be charged.
4. Cancellations made 24 hours before the date/time of service will incur a charge of 50% of the total.
5. No fees will apply for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date/time.
6. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions. Rescheduling of transfers will be based upon availability.
7. All vehicles and drivers are federally licensed through the SCT (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes).
8. Omega Tours is not responsible for items that are lost or forgotten inside the vehicle. There will be an extra charge to deliver lost/forgotten items if this service is requested by the client. The amount will vary depending on the delivery location.
9. There is no extra charge for pets in their carriers. There is a $35 USD charge for pets without a carrier. Please let us know in your reservation if you will be traveling with your pet.
10. It is necessary for you to provide the name of the airline and the flight number for both arrival and departure so we can track your inbound flight in case of delays and confirm your pickup time for departure.
11. Omega Transportation Todos Santos is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during your transportation with us.
12. We offer a 10-minute courtesy waiting time, starting from the scheduled pickup time. After that, there will be a extra charge per hour or fraction.
