Frequently Asked Questions

Which is better for a first off-road adventure: ATV or UTV?

ATV is the lower-priced and more individual riding option. UTV is usually more comfortable for couples, families and small groups because it offers side-by-side seating and up to four seats.

Do I need previous experience for Dirt Bike Tours?

Yes. Omega Tours requires previous motorcycle or dirt bike riding experience for full Dirt Bike Tours. A Dirt Bike Riding Class is available for guests who need practice before a full route.

Do you offer self-guided adventures?

Yes. Omega offers GPS-supported self-guided ATV, UTV and Dirt Bike experiences on approved routes. Self-guided options include route briefing, GPS support and Omega monitoring according to the selected product.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included in the standard Omega-operated guided ATV, guided UTV or guided Dirt Bike price. Local transportation may be available separately. Certain Tierra Sagrada packages have different inclusions.

Can we ride on the beach or federal highway?

No. Omega’s current off-road rules prohibit beach riding and federal highway riding. Guests must stay on the confirmed guided route or assigned GPS route.

Are deposits required?

Security deposits may apply depending on the vehicle and experience. Dirt Bike Tours currently list a $700 USD deposit per dirt bike. Confirm the exact deposit and booking conditions for your selected product.
