Concierge

These terms supplement Common Terms (00) and the conditions accepted before payment.

All policies · General terms · Privacy Policy

1. Scope and availability

The written proposal identifies the assistance requested, service dates, contact hours, deliverables, response arrangements and any limits on requests or revisions. A concierge booking is not unlimited availability, an emergency response service or a guarantee that outside providers will accept every request. A restaurant, activity, rental or transfer is confirmed only when its own booking is confirmed. Special requests are not inclusions until expressly accepted.

2. Authorization and spending

Every purchase and booking, and any material change that adds a commitment or cost, requires the customer’s prior approval unless an express written authorization already covers that specific spending. The authorization identifies the services and amount or spending limit; a general request for help is not unrestricted permission to spend. Small purchases are not exempt from this rule. A companion cannot commit the contracting customer without authority. Use secure payment methods; Omega does not request account passwords or authentication codes.

3. Fees, budgets and outside purchases

The proposal distinguishes Omega’s coordination fee from supplier charges, taxes, delivery costs and any additional work. It explains what work earns the fee and when it is payable. A budget is not an all-inclusive price unless expressly stated. No universal nonrefundable fee is created by these terms. Any payment retained after cancellation must have a previously disclosed, lawful basis and reflect the contracted work or justified commitments; no duplicated charge for the same item.

4. Third-party bookings

Before a supplier booking is accepted, Omega identifies who provides the service, who receives payment, what is included and the applicable cancellation terms. Availability, dress codes, entry requirements and other material restrictions must be disclosed when relevant. A change of supplier or a material downgrade requires disclosure and appropriate customer options. Supplier participation does not release Omega from its own legally attributable errors, representations or contractual duties.

5. Changes and cancellations

Document 00’s general cancellation policy applies to the canceled service unless a different lawful policy was disclosed before payment. The quote separates concierge work from outside bookings and any policy applicable to each. Canceling assistance does not automatically cancel supplier reservations; identify the components requested, and Omega will clarify the scope. A supplier cancellation does not automatically erase coordination work already properly performed. Any retained fee or refund must be itemized, based on the accepted service and consistent with statutory rights; no blanket nonrefundable fee or new supplier rule is introduced after payment.

6. Customer information and personal data

Provide accurate dates, names, preferences and relevant access requirements. Share only information reasonably needed for the request. Omega discloses necessary handling of contact, booking and sensitive information in its Privacy Notice and obtains consent where required. Marketing, public testimonials and promotional images require separate authorization when applicable. A guest’s private health or payment information must not be distributed to an entire group just because a group organizer made the request.

7. Service limits and related terms

Concierge assistance is not medical, legal or other licensed professional advice. An urgent threat to health or safety requires the appropriate emergency service, not reliance on routine concierge messages. For an actual tour, rental, transfer, event or wellness session, read document 00 and that category’s full terms. Report booking problems to Omega promptly so they can be addressed; this does not waive legal remedies. Contact: +52 612 136 2372 or info@omegatours.mx.
