These terms supplement Common Terms (00) and the conditions accepted before payment.
The confirmation identifies the provider, session type, location, appointment time, duration, number of participants and total price. It distinguishes hands-on treatment time from setup, consultation or travel time where relevant. Home, hotel or group sessions require confirmed access and availability. A request does not guarantee an available practitioner or preferred time. Only listed equipment, products and additional services are included.
A relaxation or wellness service is not diagnosis, emergency care or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Omega does not promise to cure disease, resolve an injury or achieve a particular physical or emotional result. A practitioner must work within their actual qualifications and the service lawfully offered. A service presented as clinical or therapeutic treatment requires its own verified professional scope and consent; this category alone does not authorize it.
Before the session, inform the practitioner of relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries, pregnancy or other conditions that may affect the requested service. Share only information needed to assess that service; a detailed medical history is not a general booking requirement. The practitioner may recommend modification, postponement or professional advice rather than provide an unsuitable session. Any financial consequence depends on the reason and previously disclosed policy, not automatic loss of payment whenever a health issue is mentioned.
The practitioner explains the intended service and requests consent before contact. You may ask for a change in pressure, an excluded area, a pause or an end to the session at any time. Consent is ongoing; a booking or group organizer’s signature does not replace each participant’s consent. Appropriate privacy and draping must be maintained. Inappropriate or sexual conduct by anyone is not part of the service and may require the session to stop. Withdrawing consent does not itself authorize a punitive charge.
For a mobile session, the agreed location must allow safe access, appropriate space and reasonable privacy. Confirm hotel or property permissions beforehand. Product preferences or allergy-related substitutions require confirmation; bringing a product does not oblige the practitioner to use an unsuitable item. Follow reasonable preparation instructions disclosed before the appointment. The practitioner may decline service when intoxication, behavior or conditions make safe and consensual treatment impossible.
Document 00’s general cancellation policy applies unless a different lawful appointment policy was clearly disclosed before payment. A customer-caused late start may shorten the session when later appointments prevent an extension, under the disclosed conditions. A practitioner’s delay is not customer lateness and requires an appropriate time adjustment or remedy. If Omega or the practitioner cannot provide the confirmed service, document 00’s rescheduling/refund options apply. A group cancellation identifies the affected sessions; it does not automatically cancel every participant.
A minor’s participation requires prior confirmation of the provider’s rules and appropriate legal-guardian consent and supervision. Sensitive personal information is handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable consent requirements. No photography, recording or promotional use is implied by booking.
