Day Trips

These terms supplement Common Terms (00) and the conditions accepted before payment.

All policies · General terms · Privacy Policy

1. Package and components

Your confirmation lists the destination, date, transport type, meeting points, activity or boat operator, ticket times, included services and return arrangement. A day trip may combine an Omega transfer with an outside operator’s activity. It is not necessarily a fully guided day. Free time, meals, photographs, admission fees, dock charges and optional activities must be clearly identified as included or excluded before payment. Mandatory charges are included in the disclosed total; they are not surprise costs on arrival.

2. Schedule, connections and free time

Follow the scheduled pickup, check-in and return times. Tell Omega promptly if a connection problem arises. During expressly identified free time, independent purchases and activities are not part of the package. The return meeting point and contact procedure must be clear. A customer-caused missed return is assessed under the disclosed policy and actual assistance required; Omega-caused delay or an operator connection failure is not treated as a voluntary no-show. A traffic adjustment does not authorize removal of an essential paid inclusion without a remedy.

3. Supplier and eligibility information

Before payment, Omega identifies the actual operator and communicates age, swimming, mobility, height, weight, experience and documentation restrictions relevant to the chosen activity. Those limits are not interchangeable across boat tours, jet skis, dolphin programs, beach visits or snorkeling. Required gear and safety forms must also be disclosed. Independent operator rules cannot add an undisclosed material exclusion at the activity check-in. Report relevant needs confidentially before confirmation so feasibility can be checked.

4. Boats, snorkeling and water equipment

Follow the captain or instructor, use required flotation and safety equipment, and board or enter the water only when authorized. A clear-boat or sightseeing ticket does not include swimming, landing or snorkeling unless stated. Stay within assigned swimming or paddling areas; a kayak or paddleboard rental does not authorize crossing shipping routes or leaving approved limits. Report inability to swim where swimming is required. Do not enter a water activity under intoxicating effects. Ocean motion, currents and falls can cause serious injury; proper operation and legal responsibilities still apply.

5. Wildlife, access and natural conditions

Sightings, water clarity, animal interaction and sea conditions are not guaranteed unless expressly promised. Follow operator and authority limits on seasons, permits, capacity and protected-area access. Do not touch, chase, feed or obstruct wildlife unless an expressly permitted supervised program authorizes a specific interaction. A wildlife tour is not permission to swim with an animal. A restriction on one component is handled according to its material effect on the package; it does not automatically justify keeping the full price for an activity not delivered.

6. Jet skis and other motorized water activities

The booked operator must identify its driver and passenger requirements, permitted area, supervision, duration, deposit and coverage before payment. Do not assume that land-vehicle ages, insurance or deposits apply at sea. Drivers must complete the briefing and comply with speed, separation and route instructions. Damage claims require attributable facts and the disclosed agreement. These terms do not create a new standalone watercraft rental product or promise a specific provider’s coverage.

7. Weather, closures and package changes

An authority or operator may stop sailing, water entry or access for safety. Omega explains what is affected and offers the options provided in document 00. Replacing a core activity requires your agreement or the applicable remedy; changing a departure time does not automatically replace the purchased product. For partial delivery, the unprovided part is valued reasonably, without inflating the value of the transfer to erase a refund. A non-material sequence change may be made while preserving the essential inclusions.

8. Cancellations, suppliers and special activities

Document 00’s general cancellation policy applies unless a different lawful policy was disclosed before payment for an identified package or component. A supplier’s involvement does not by itself create a different cancellation deadline. Identify which components are canceled and avoid duplicate penalties. A supplier cancellation is not the customer’s voluntary cancellation, and Omega retains its own booking, information and collection duties. Scuba diving is not included merely because snorkeling is included; actual scuba services require their own qualifications, contract and applicable mandatory protections. No generic nonrefundable clause overrides those rights.

9. Documents and contact

Read document 00 with these full Day Trips terms. Document 03 applies to the booked ground transfer, without imposing rental rules on passengers. Other activity terms apply only to an included component identified before purchase. Keep the itinerary and Omega contact available: +52 612 136 2372 or info@omegatours.mx. A contact number is not a promise of continuous supervision during free time.
