These terms supplement Common Terms (00) and the conditions accepted before payment.
The confirmation identifies origin, destination, date, local time, one-way or round-trip service, passengers, luggage, vehicle category and inclusions. An hourly booking states when the time starts and ends, the allowed area and extra-hour terms. A point-to-point transfer is not an unlimited hourly service. A round trip contains two identified legs; a change to one does not automatically cancel the other. This service includes a driver and is not a self-drive rental.
Provide a usable address, property name and location pin where needed, together with gate or access instructions. Omega confirms whether the vehicle can reach the location safely and legally. A shared locality name does not establish the same price for every distant property. Any remote-access adjustment must be disclosed before acceptance. If conditions change, Omega explains the safest feasible alternative and its effect on the booked service; passengers are not expected to walk an unsafe access route.
Declare every passenger, including children, and the luggage or large equipment before confirmation. Capacity is based on lawful seating, restraints and luggage space, not a vehicle name alone. Omega assigns the booked category and adequate capacity unless a particular unit is expressly guaranteed. A material downgrade requires an agreed remedy. Child restraints, mobility aids and pets must be discussed in advance so requirements and feasibility are confirmed, while assistance-animal and accessibility rights are respected. Booking an extra seat does not create extra luggage capacity automatically.
Provide the airline, flight number, date, airport and terminal, and report changes promptly. Private SJD Airport Transportation includes flight monitoring; a covered flight delay is not automatically a no-show. The confirmation identifies the meeting instructions, included waiting arrangement, any additional waiting rate and the procedure for immigration delays, diversions, canceled flights or loss of contact. Contact Omega before leaving the meeting area if you cannot locate the driver. A flight delay does not guarantee unlimited vehicle availability, but Omega must communicate the available arrangement rather than invent an undisclosed waiting limit or charge after purchase. The 15-minute wedding allowance is not an airport waiting allowance.
The pickup time must be agreed with the airport or activity arrival needs in mind. Share any relevant check-in deadline. Travel estimates account for the planned route but are not guarantees against every traffic or official-control delay. Omega must provide the booked dispatch and reasonable coordination; these terms do not waive responsibility for an attributable missed pickup or unreasonable scheduling. Customer-requested last-minute changes are assessed for feasibility before confirmation.
Waiting limits and the applicable additional rate must be disclosed for the service before payment. A stop, detour, extra pickup, extra drop-off or extension requires approval and a price, except already disclosed, justified incident charges. Record the agreed time and actual delay; Omega-caused delay is not customer-paid waiting. The wedding-specific waiting allowance and midnight surcharge are confined to document 07 and are not general airport or local-transfer charges. A return leg must have a confirmed time or a stated procedure to arrange it.
Use required restraints and follow lawful driver instructions. Do not overload the vehicle or create a safety hazard. Unsafe behavior may justify a stop in a safe place and appropriate assistance. Do not smoke in the vehicle. Damage or exceptional cleaning charges require disclosure, evidence and attribution; the self-drive rental cleaning range is not imported automatically. Check for belongings when leaving. Responsibility for property accepted into custody or losses attributable to Omega remains protected.
Document 00’s general cancellation policy applies unless a different lawful policy was clearly disclosed before payment. A change to one leg or vehicle is assessed for that component, not automatically for the whole itinerary. Distinguish customer nonattendance from a driver failure or covered flight delay. Breakdown or closure requires notification and available alternatives; Omega cancellations and unprovided portions follow the common refund rules. Transportation is not automatic insurance for an airline ticket, but no legal liability for an attributable failure is excluded.
